What intui.travel is

Its own about page and public profiles describe a London-based marketplace that connects travellers with transport providers, and an affiliate programme that integrates the same transfers into other travel sites via API. The company says over 5,000 suppliers sell through it.

How booking works

  1. Search route, date, time and passengers.
  2. Pick a car class or shuttle from the results.
  3. Pay online and receive a voucher.
  4. Meet the driver at the agreed point.

Because many suppliers sell through the platform, the vehicle and driver on the day are provided by a local company.

Cancellation

Reports and the company's terms describe free cancellation up to a set time before pickup, often quoted as 24 to 48 hours. For round trips, cancelling a return leg after the first leg has happened can need a written request and a small fee is withheld. Terms vary by route, so check yours.

What reviewers say

Trustpilot at the time of writing shows a mix: a majority of 5-star reviews and a sizeable share of 1-star ones. Complaints usually involve refund processing and disagreements over fees; praise focuses on smooth rides and fair prices.

Where it suits Slovakia

Cross-border routes are the sweet spot: Bratislava to Vienna, Bratislava to Budapest, Prague to Bratislava and Vienna to the High Tatras. Compare with the other platforms before booking.
